Flow Cytometry

Flow cytometry is a technology that provides rapid measurements of multiple characteristics of cells suspended in a moving fluid stream as it passes through multiple laser beams. Cell components are fluorescently labelled and then excited by the laser to emit light at varying wavelengths. Properties such as size, complexity, antigens and fluorescence intensity of thousands of cancer cells per second can be analyzed as they pass through the liquid stream. An optical-to-electronic system is used to gather data in which the cells emits fluorescence and scatters incident light from the laser beams.

We offer global, TC and PC flow services.
