CorePath Laboratories is seeking an outstanding, highly motivated and board certified AP/CP Pathologist in our rapidly growing hospital-based practice in Dothan, Alabama. This position offers a unique opportunity to practice in a single hospital setting, with both autonomy and collaborative support from our experienced team.

While subspecialty training or certification is preferred, it is not required. The successful candidate must either hold or be able to quickly obtain an Alabama state medical license.

In this role, you will work independently with remote digital pathology support from the main group. Responsibilities include signing out anatomic pathology cases, providing frozen section coverage, and overseeing the clinical laboratory. The majority of the grossing will be performed by the onsite PA. The pathology group will provide coverage during your leave, and consultation from our team is available for complex cases. The facility is fully CLIA and Joint Commission accredited.

We are looking for an individual who not only excels clinically but also demonstrates strong leadership skills, actively participating in hospital committees, tumor boards, and other collaborative efforts.
